When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation, your role, your area of interest, and the project details you write in your message.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is sent to our team by email. We use trusted providers to run the website, including our hosting provider and email services. They process data only to provide those services. We do not share your information with other third parties unless the law requires it.
Confidentiality
Project details you send us are treated as confidential. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive material.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
